The Wonderfield Group is seeking a Senior Franchise Training Coach for the Central Region. This full-time position involves developing and delivering training programs for the franchise network and PAC kiosks, focusing on food safety, team leadership, and customer experience.

You will onboard new franchise partners and ensure operational readiness while mentoring Training Coaches and food safety compliance.

A valid driving license and vehicle are required for regular travel throughout the region.
