The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho results in annual sales and a growth trajectory.
What you’ll be doing
- Following up on leads from franchise adverts and online platforms (LinkedIn, franchise sites, social media, etc.)
- Speaking with potential franchise partners, building rapport, and pitching franchise opportunities
- Working with the marketing team to shape the marketing materials needed to attract the right prospects (leaflets, adverts, online campaigns, etc.)
- Supporting the sales process end-to-end: from initial enquiry through to franchise agreement and onboarding
- Filtering and assessing candidates to ensure they are the right fit for the business
- Helping with wider franchise processes, such as renewals, transfers, and onboarding
- Staying up to date with franchise trends and best practices
What we’re looking for
- Experience in recruitment, franchise sales, or business development (preferably in the food or retail sector)
- Someone highly people-focused, confident in building strong relationships and making connections
- Comfortable picking up the phone, following up on leads, and presenting franchise opportunities
- A proactive approach – willing to get out and meet people, attend meetings, and visit sites when needed
- Good understanding of social media and online advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, hands-on, and able to juggle multiple leads and tasks at once
