The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the world’s largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit.

About the role:

The Digital & Social Content Executive plays a key role in shaping and delivering content across all our digital and social channels. You will be the voice of YO! online and will be responsible for all aspects of digital communications, copywriting, creative, build and reporting.

This role will enhance our brand awareness within the digital space through engaging creative content. You will deliver engaging content across digital channels that will elevate customers’ experiences and deepen brand affinity. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on the content strategy using a creative approach to engage and grow our audiences whilst delivering results-driven campaigns and communication.

You will execute the digital marketing strategy for each of our brands including marketing campaigns, new product marketing, tactical activity, influencer activity, communications, and events, working on strategic projects in line with the business demands driving commercial growth across all our brands including YO!, Panku, Taiko, Raku, and GLO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creation and management of digital content calendar; planning ahead quarterly and reviewing monthly to include relevant brand messaging, product content, and current social trends.
  2. Content strategy plan across all digital marketing channels including website, social media, and email marketing.
  3. Use CMS for day-to-day management of the website including uploading content and building landing pages.
  4. Creation of engaging and creative social content and copy for all platforms ensuring they drive social engagement and increase brand awareness.
  5. Responsible for posting and scheduling content on social media channels to reach and engage our target audience.
  6. Support our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy by building a network of brand ambassadors in our social community.
  7. Manage our portfolio of social media accounts across Meta, TikTok, X, including community management and social listening.
  8. Managing content on our digital signage screens in-store to drive brand messaging.
  9. Management of online listings across all brands ensuring optimization and regular reviews.
  10. Support with the digital execution of all marketing campaigns including evaluation of results across all channels.
