This isn’t your average warehouse role. This is fast-paced, high-energy, no-room-for-mistakes kind of stuff. You’ll be leading from the front, running the show, and making sure everything flows perfectly from warehouse to production. If things stop, production stops.
About You
- You’ve led teams before and know how to get people performing at their best.
- You’re organised, switched on, and detail-obsessed (in a good way).
- You don’t cut corners – quality is non-negotiable.
- You stay cool under pressure and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- You’re hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in with your team.
- You spot problems early and fix them fast.
- You communicate clearly and keep everyone aligned.
- You take ownership – when it’s yours, it’s yours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the warehouse team – keeping everyone sharp, focused, and on it.
- Make sure all tasks are completed on time, every time – no errors.
- Own the full warehouse operation – from staffing and training to daily performance.
- Ensure your team is trained, confident, and fully equipped to smash their roles.
- Keep quality tight – if it’s not right, it doesn’t go to production. No exceptions.
- Double-check materials, packaging and labels are 100% correct (details matter here).
- Spot and report errors, stock shortages, or issues before they become problems.
- Keep production flowing by delivering the right materials, in the right volumes.
- Work closely with Purchasing and management to flag and fix any issues.
- Step in to support stock transfers when needed.
- Keep everything clean, organised and audit-ready (warehouse, chillers, freezers).
- Make sure goods-in processes are followed properly, every time.
- Drive efficiency – smarter planning, less overtime.
- Retrain team members who need support getting back on track.
- Own traceability (Navision) and make sure processes are followed properly.

- Carry out forklift checks and maintain safe working standards.
