Key Responsibilities
- Record accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheet with BBD dates/quantities available in Production/Warehouse locations.
- Record any stock items damaged or nearing its expiry.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of products are done by the production team.
- Follow FIFO principles (especially for perishable or dated items).
- Complete inventory reports for management (usage, variances, expired items).
- Submit the report on online team’s folder before end of shift.
- Manage damaged, expired or obsolete stock.
- Prevent loss, theft or misplacement of stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Work closely with Inventory Controller, warehouse, production and labelling teams.
