Key Responsibilities

  • Record accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheet with BBD dates/quantities available in Production/Warehouse locations.
  • Record any stock items damaged or nearing its expiry.
  • Ensure proper storage and labelling of products are done by the production team.
  • Follow FIFO principles (especially for perishable or dated items).
  • Complete inventory reports for management (usage, variances, expired items).
  • Submit the report on online team’s folder before end of shift.
  • Manage damaged, expired or obsolete stock.
  • Prevent loss, theft or misplacement of stock.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Work closely with Inventory Controller, warehouse, production and labelling teams.
