About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- A high level of reliability, flexibility and punctuality
- Experience within food manufacturing, quality control, warehouse operations or stock administration would be advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, BRC standards or warehouse processes would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming deliveries, particularly fresh produce, ensuring quality and quantity match specifications and delivery documentation.
- Check all inbound pallets and packaging for cleanliness, condition and compliance.
- Receive stock within NAV and WMS systems, generate GRNs and ensure all goods are correctly labelled for full traceability.
- Monitor product discrepancies, including labels, ingredients and critical stock items, escalating issues where required.
- Conduct routine temperature monitoring across warehouse chillers, freezer areas and storage locations, maintaining accurate records.
- Carry out warehouse quality and compliance inspections, including hygiene, equipment and environmental checks.
- Complete scheduled pest control monitoring checks and report concerns immediately.
- Conduct chemical, equipment and production start-up checks in line with food safety procedures.
