About the role

You will support each cohort of mums throughout their journey, offering encouragement, challenge, reassurance and consistency when it's needed most. You will also manage programme administration, maintain accurate digital records, and ensure smooth operation across multiple locations.

Location and hours

30 hours per week with core hours of 09:30 – 14:30 on working days. The role involves travel to programme delivery locations across the West of England and a mix of remote working and time in the central Bristol office.

Salary and benefits

£27,000 pro‐rata plus pension, statutory holiday, birthday leave and Christmas closure (or alternative cultural days).
