Looking to build a career in HR? Join our team as a Volunteer HR Support Assistant and gain practical recruitment experience, develop professional skills, and help us recruit volunteers who make a real difference to women and families in Wolverhampton.
What difference will you make?
Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. As our HR Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us recruit and onboard dedicated volunteers who enable The Women & Families Resource Centre (WFRC) to deliver essential services to women, children, and families across Wolverhampton.

Your work will help reduce recruitment delays, improve the volunteer experience, and ensure new team members are welcomed and equipped to make an immediate impact.
A well-organised recruitment process allows our staff to focus more time on delivering frontline support to families in need, while ensuring we continue to grow a strong, reliable volunteer workforce. Every successful volunteer you help recruit strengthens our ability to respond to increasing community needs.
Your contribution will directly support our mission of empowering women, strengthening families, and creating positive change within our community. By volunteering with us, you won't just be supporting HR- you'll be helping build the team that makes all of our services possible.
