WFRC is seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin (Onsite Volunteer) to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, screen, and onboard volunteers, ensuring we have the right people in place to support families in need. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Support
  • Post volunteer and role advertisements across platforms
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct initial screening calls (if required)
  • HR Administration
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
    • Update spreadsheets and manage candidate data
    • Ensure accurate and organized documentation
  • Onboarding & Coordination
    • Support onboarding of new volunteers and team members
    • Share SOPs, guidelines, and onboarding materials
    • Assist with system access and documentation processes
  • Process & Reporting
    • Follow structured recruitment workflows
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
    • Support continuous improvement of HR processes

    What We’re Looking For
