WFRC is seeking a proactive and organized HR Admin (Onsite Volunteer) to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, screen, and onboard volunteers, ensuring we have the right people in place to support families in need. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and coordination within a charity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Support
- Post volunteer and role advertisements across platforms
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial screening calls (if required)
- HR Administration
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Update spreadsheets and manage candidate data
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation
- Onboarding & Coordination
- Support onboarding of new volunteers and team members
- Share SOPs, guidelines, and onboarding materials
- Assist with system access and documentation processes
- Process & Reporting
- Follow structured recruitment workflows
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes
What We’re Looking For
