Woman’s Trust is looking for a new finance manager to join us as a temporary member of our small but mighty team. We’re open to applications from freelancers and people who would like to work compressed hours.

So if you have a background in finance and are interested in using your skills to support a charity that has been at the forefront of supporting domestic abuse survivors to address their mental health needs for over a quarter of a century now, then get in touch.

Temporary Female Finance Manager

The Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1 applies

Hours: Up to 28 hours per week

Salary: £42,000 – 46,000 (FTE) Pro-rated for 28 hours – (Sessional hours may be considered)
Type of contract: Temporary – starting ASAP to 18th December 2025
Lined Managed by: CEO

Location: Based at Woman’s Trust’s office, Paddington, NW1/hybrid working – 50% office based.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this post is:

· Day to day finance management of the organisation

· Prepare, develop and analyse management accounting information

· Finance planning, budgeting, forecasting and annual accounts

· Provide high quality support service to line managers/CEO and Board members in the organisation
