The role of a Maitre d'
- Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
- Anticipate guests' needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen - coordinate all departments with pride!
- Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond.
