The role of a Maitre d’:
- Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for both walk‑ins and bookings in all restaurant sections, managing turn times effectively.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, timely communicating any special requests to floor and kitchen – be proud to coordinate all departments.
- Contribute to building a regular customer base, warmly engaging with guests from door to table and beyond; you are our greatest asset.
