The role of Breakfast Chef de Partie:
- Train and supervise Pastry Demi and Commis Chefs,responsible for the daily start of the kitchen with shifts at 5am.
- Oversee and manage a designated kitchen station, ensuringthe consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Cook classic a la carte breakfast dishes, using qualityfresh ingredients, and adhering torecipes,specificationsandstandards.
