The Role Of Head Bartender

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the bar, including inventory, ordering and cleanliness.
  • Oversee and work alongside the bar team for consistency in preparation, adhering to company standards of cocktails, beers and wines.
  • Inspire the bar team to provide an exceptional guest service by engaging with patrons, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
