The role of Bar Manager:
- Service Excellence – Oversee the bar day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, preparation and presentation of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. Manage guests’ complaints, queries and feedback towards a positive outcome. Inspire a culture of hospitality, engaging with patrons in the most enjoyable atmosphere.
- People Focus – Lead and inspire a diverse team. Foster genuine connections and collaboration across all departments. Develop the team to enhance skillset and capabilities. Identify, recruit and train new talent.
- Sense of Responsibility and Ownership – Be accountable for daily targets and cost control. Ensure HS and FS compliance. Develop and curate an innovative and diverse beverage menu in line with company standards.
As Bar Manager, you’ll bring:
- Experience at a senior bar management level within a similar hospitality setting.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and ability to communicate effectively in the spirit of company values.
