The Wolseley City Management on King William Street, near Monument Square, is seeking a Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen and support the management team in delivering exceptional quality and service.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, contribute to seasonal menus and weekly specials, lead and develop a diverse team, recruit new talent, and take responsibility for targets, ordering, stock and cost control while ensuring compliance with FS and HS legislation.
