Position: Educator for School Programs

Seed works across 12 schools, running over 150 family events and crafts each year. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy and dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Programming Manager for Schools, Mirele Mordecai, and reporting to the Director of London Schools, Rabbi Daniel Fine. Each school has an assigned Seed Family Educator, supported by our logistics team. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth delivery of school programming, working independently, managing priorities, and engaging confidently with diverse audiences.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating innovative ideas, sourcing and ordering materials
  • Preparing programme activities promptly
  • Designing and printing flyers for school programmes
  • Traveling to schools with equipment for events, scheduled around school drop-off and pick-up times
  • Setting up and clearing up at events, assisting educators
  • Coordinating additional staff support and liaising with school admin
  • Organizing Seed activities and participating in school fun days
  • Performing any other relevant tasks as reasonably assigned

Candidate Profile:

The role requires proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who can follow guidance and work independently. A passion for Kiruv is essential.
