Our Finchley office is seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer to join our thriving team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to handle a diverse portfolio of property and secured lending matters. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and the chance to work with prestigious clients in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions
- Advising lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters
- Conducting due diligence on property portfolios
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
- Handling property acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions
- Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Mentoring junior members of the team
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Strong track record in property law and secured lending
- Experience acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Excellent knowledge of property law and secured lending practices
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
