Overview
Position: Part time – Monday – Thursday – 09:00 – 13:00 or 10:00 – 14:00 minimum hours with the view to becoming full time to cover maternity leave from June 2026. Advantage if candidate speaks Hebrew as well as English.
Key Responsibilities
- Work jointly with the current EA to manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support meeting organisation, including agendas and minutes
- Assist with personal tasks when required
- Provide seamless cover during periods of absence or high workload
About You
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, confident manner
- Able to work collaboratively and build a strong working partnership with the existing EA
- Discreet and trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Previous experience in a PA, EA, or administrative support role is preferred
