About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and solutions-oriented Project & Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead a growing team of implementation specialists, and oversee end-to-end project delivery. From scoping projects to post-implementation support, you’ll ensure that each project is delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded.
- Lead and support a growing team of implementation specialists (currently 2 team members).
- Oversee projects from initial scoping and planning to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and secure further projects.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, particularly around CRM systems and automation tools.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Occasionally travel to client sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for systems, processes, and problem-solving.
- Interest in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier) – experience with these is a bonus but not required.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
