We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, and proactive Lettings Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced property team. This is a varied and high-pressure role. The successful candidate will be confident multitasking, working under pressure, and liaising with landlords, contractors, tenants, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with landlords regarding rental valuations and advising on achievable rental prices based on market research, property condition, size, and comparable local properties.
  • Ensuring all property listings are uploaded accurately onto the website with correct details and images.
  • Arranging professional photographs and coordinating property keys with landlords for viewings.
  • Managing and progressing offers through to completion.
  • Handling landlord maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Instructing contractors for repairs and maintenance works and arranging landlord invoicing.
  • Coordinating with viewing agents and other team members conducting private viewings.
  • Assisting landlords who are searching for properties, either by referring them appropriately or helping directly.
  • Maintaining strong communication across the team and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
