Key skills and experience required:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience within LEAP or InfoTrack
- Up to date knowledge of Property Forms & Searches (e.g. Land Registry, Companies House, AML)
- Familiarity of how conveyancing files are organised and structured
- Excellent IT and typing skills
- Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- A team player that will thrive in a progressive environment
Working hours: Full time in the office (9am-5pm) with the potential for 1 day per week home working after probation period.
