A private property development and management firm based in Marylebone, W1, that manages residential and commercial properties in Fitzrovia, Marylebone, and Primrose Hill, is hiring a Property Manager to handle residential operations and report directly to the Managing Director.

This role offers growth for experienced property professionals and requires an energetic, organised candidate with solid property management expertise. Applicants must have extensive residential property management knowledge, strong academic background, and proven leadership skills. Office-based in London, Monday-Friday (no hybrid option).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee leasing processes and facilitate the handover of all residential properties.
  • Evaluate financial aspects related to leasing operations.
  • Manage property check-ins and check-outs, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Prepare properties as required, including furnishing and removal as necessary.
  • Uphold standards for luxury properties and administer contracts for common areas.
  • Supervise service contractors responsible for gardening, lift maintenance, fire safety, waste management, and window cleaning.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including managing tenant deposits and issuing rent invoices.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare annual service charges, and ensure prompt invoice processing and resolution of queries.
  • Perform routine office duties efficiently.
  • Coordinate with contractors to obtain maintenance quotations.
  • Resolve invoice-related issues with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update records pertaining to property maintenance.
