Union of Jewish Students (UJS) is the leading representative body for Jewish students in the UK, representing over10,000 Jewishstudents. We are committed to tackling antisemitism and promoting inclusivity across university campuses. For the past 10 years UJShas been providing Antisemitism Awareness training to the Higher Education sector. Now, as part of our successful bid for theTackling Antisemitism in Education Programme, funded by the Department for Education, we are recruiting for several key roles tosignificantly grow this programme, join a newly created team and deliver this impactful initiative.

The Tackling Antisemitism in Education Programme aims to provide comprehensive training and resources to more university staffand students than ever before, promoting awareness and understanding of antisemitism. The programme includes bespoke trainingpackages, digital campaigns, and campus exhibitions, with a focus on a significant impact on antisemitism and the experience ofJewish students in Higher Education whilst ensuring a continuous process of evaluation and improvement. This will be an excitingopportunity to shape a new role and support the delivery of an exciting programme of training and development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the programme\’s evaluationframework, to include key deliverables, timelines,evaluation tools and qualitative and quantitativeevaluation measures.

• Collect and analyse data on programme impact.

• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholdersincluding but not limited to Government and theDepartment for Education.

• Develop recommendations to ensure continuousimprovement based on evaluation findings. Thiscould include refining course content, changing theway in which training is delivered.

• Collaborate with external evaluators and partnersincluding Government, Trustees, and otheroversight bodies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in monitoring andevaluation roles.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with external

partners and internal team members.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able to work effectively to regular deadlines andmilestones.
