The Commercial Services Retail Team is currently recruiting for fully flexible staff to work on a fixed term contract through to November 2026. This will involve working at peak times such as weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.

Duties include being responsible for processing visitor admissions to the Safari Park, supporting events and activities throughout the season, and assisting with the smooth running of the ‘Junglies’ Gift Shop.

We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate a passion for delivering a high standard of customer care within a team environment. Good people and communication skills are essential; no two days are the same therefore an adaptable, flexible attitude is also required.

Previous experience of working within a customer focused environment and cash handling experience would be a distinct advantage, as would a good knowledge of basic IT packages and an understanding of the retail industry. Due to the location of the park and nature of the role, having your own vehicle and transport would also prove useful.
