  • Liaising with tenants, agents, solicitors, and other professional advisers
  • Working closely with the Building Maintenance team to ensure properties are well maintained and suitable for letting or sale
  • Identifying potential voids and coordinating refurbishment planning

  • Managing estate records and property information systems, including Qube
  • Preparing reports on rent, debtors, and estate management matters
  • Supporting the preparation and monitoring of property budgets
  • Assisting with property disposals and managing appointed agents where required
  • Overseeing estate administration processes including insurance, energy procurement, and fleet administration
  • Managing members of the Estate Management team and supporting their development

This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to balance commercial priorities with the long‑term stewardship of the Estate.

  • Knowledge of property lettings, property legislation, and property administration
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with tenants, professional advisers, and internal stakeholders
