We are looking for an organised and friendly person to join our Retail and Admissions team located at Woburn Safari Park, on a fixed term basis through to November 2026.

Working within two areas of the Safari Park, this role will require you to assist with the admissions process, processing online bookings and face to face ticket sales, answering telephones and dealing with visitor queries as required. In addition, you will assist with coach bookings and other administrative duties as required in the main admissions office.

This role will also require you to work in the gift shop processing face to face sales, stock replenishment, making sure the shop looks its best at all times and dealing with visitors queries as required.

You will have previous experience of working within a customer facing role, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word. Previous experience of office / administrative tasks and till operation would be an advantage.

Flexibility to assist at weekdays, weekends, school holidays and Bank Holidays is essential, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Due to our location and the requirement to move around the site, you will need your own transport.
