Woburn Golf Club is part of the Bedford Estates with three championship golf courses, offering first class hospitality. The Club caters for individual members, to small gatherings of golfing friends, to larger corporate events.
We are seeking an Outside Services Manager to lead the Club’s daily outside operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the member and guest experience. Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, you will lead and develop the Outside Services team, ensuring the highest standards of delivery across, pace of play, tee sheet management, and golf events execution.
The role combines operational leadership with responsibility to include budgeting and financial planning. You will work collaboratively across the Club to ensure a seamless and consistently exceptional operation. We are looking for someone who is confident, a good motivator and with experience, ideally from within a golf environment, who will be able to build trusted relationships with both members and guests, and lead with energy, accountability and attention to detail.
