Your Role
As a Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the needs of our children and young people are recognised and met. Reporting directly to the Head Teacher, you will:
- Take charge of safeguarding within the school.
- Liaise daily with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents/carers, and staff.
- Provide support, advice, and expertise on matters of wellbeing and child protection.

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- A comprehensive portfolio of CPD related to Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-resolution skills.
- A genuinely empathetic approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
