Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. We are looking for night support workers who will be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, enabling our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well‑rounded adults. Your role will involve supporting young people through the night, building rapport, providing care and support when they wake up in the middle of the night dealing with severe trauma, and also taking care of routine tasks during quieter times such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry.

What we’re looking for:

  • A can‑do attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others.
  • Genuine care for our young people (and each other) – honesty and empathy is a must.
  • Resilience to deal with challenging situations.
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
  • If you don’t have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), we’ll pay for you to study and support you every step of the way.

  • Full 4‑week induction on our Care Academy – off‑the‑job training with experienced professionals.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: £29,449–£32,496 per year.
  • Attendance Allowance: £1,400 (assuming good attendance).
  • Regional Allowance: £2,000.

  • Holiday: 7 weeks per year.
