Your Role
As a Teacher, you will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Your mission will be to:
- Help students learn and develop their abilities.
- Boost their self-esteem and confidence.
- Celebrate their progress, no matter how small.
- Your positive, can-do attitude and teamwork spirit.
- A genuine passion for teaching and its impact on young lives.
- The ability to relate your subject to each pupil and build strong relationships.
- Your enthusiasm and expertise in developing your department.
- Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
