Our team leaders enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to becoming well‑rounded adults. It is an incredibly rewarding role that presents challenges and also moments that feel like huge small victories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take care of our young people day to day, ensuring smooth operation and creating lasting memories.
  • Support the staff team and maintain the home at our high standards.
  • Deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
  • Relate to and build relationships with our young people and inspire colleagues through compassionate, emotionally resilient leadership.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £35,400 - £42,664 base.
  • Bonuses: up to 3 sleep‑ins per month paid at £80 each (≈£2,880 per year), attendance allowance up to £1,400, regional allowance £2,000, welcome bonus £1,000 upon successful completion of probation, loyalty bonus £1,000 after 12 months.
  • Training: a full 4‑week induction on our Care Academy.
  • Holiday: 7 weeks.
  • Progression: most team leaders and managers promoted from within our group; Aspire future managers programme available.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Can‑do attitude, team player who rolls up sleeves to help others.

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
  • Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
  • No prior experience required; you’ll start with a 4‑week Care Academy training programme.
