The Witherslack Group is recruiting for a Team Leader to join our children's homes. You will support day-to-day care for young people, help things run smoothly, and uphold our high standards while building trust with the young people and your colleagues.
This role offers a base salary between £36,568 and £44,072, up to three sleep-ins a month, several generous bonuses, four-week induction, and seven weeks holiday.
