The Witherslack Group is seeking a Team Leader to support staff and manage daily care in our Children's Homes across the UK. You will deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers when needed and build meaningful relationships with young people, showing compassion and resilience.
No prior experience is required, but a Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification and a full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months are essential.
