Shift Leader (Residential Support Worker) in a Children’s Home, Northampton, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for young people day‑to‑day, ensuring their safety, well‑being and personal development.
  • Maintain smooth daily operations, support the team and uphold the highest standards, stepping in to deputise for Team Leaders when necessary.

Qualifications and Attributes
