Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Support teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
  • Serve as a model, guide, leader and trainer within the multi‐disciplinary team.
  • Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams.
  • Offer individualised interventions and engagement based on clinical assessment and formulation.
  • Receive regular supervision and support in CPD.

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
