Responsibilities
- Based at Avon Park School, an independent specialist day school in Rugby, you will be part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team.
- Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Use clinical assessment and formulation to offer individualised interventions and engagement for young people.
- Assess mental health and recommend appropriate interventions within a personalised care plan.
- Build rapport to deliver effective counselling and feedback on progress.
