Responsibilities

  • Based at Avon Park School, an independent specialist day school in Rugby, you will be part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team.
  • Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Use clinical assessment and formulation to offer individualised interventions and engagement for young people.
  • Assess mental health and recommend appropriate interventions within a personalised care plan.
  • Build rapport to deliver effective counselling and feedback on progress.
