Up to £53,835 + excellent benefits. This role is to start in September 2026. Ardenwood School is a purpose-built, brand-new, state of the art Primary school opening in September 2026 in Coventry. The school will cater for up to 40 pupils with a wide range of needs including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to ensure that every pupil has an outstanding educational experience with individual pupil progress and care at the heart of what is offered.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
  • You’ll be there to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem.
  • You will be resilient and dedicated, with the huge small victories you achieve being a source of pride.
  • As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you’ll receive support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.

About you / Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
  • Previous teaching experience.
