Leadership Expectations Your ‘can do’ attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others – will shine. You are an outstanding and inspirational leader, ready to bring enthusiasm and expertise to help lead and build the school. You will need previous teaching experience and have Qualified Teacher Status. You’ll also need a minimum of 3 years experience in a Deputy Head Teacher role, Special Education / Careers in Care / Careers in Special Education / Working with Children / SEMH / SEN / ASD.
