The Witherslack Group is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead for The Secret Garden School in Solihull. You will lead safeguarding, report to the Head Teacher, and liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies, staff and families to ensure wellbeing and protection.

You will join a committed team with opportunities across sites, a strong focus on inclusion, and a supportive environment that values professional development and DBS checks as part of safeguarding.
