Responsibilities:

  • Keep our busy school running smoothly, including supporting the senior administrator and managing day-to-day reception duties.
  • Ensure accurate filing and production of reports with an efficient, professional approach.

Qualifications:

  • Have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Be able to keep a lot of plates spinning.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be hard working, friendly and dependable and able to build a natural rapport with our young people.

Location and Salary: Coventry, England – £24,796 – £25,989; Full Time. Role expected to start in June 2026. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
