We provide 24/7 integrated therapeutic, educational and care services to young people with complex needs, including developmental trauma and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Responsibilities- Support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Assess, formulate and deliver individualized interventions for children and young people.
- Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary clinical teams across specialist schools and children’s homes.
- Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with HCPC.
- Experience in assessing, formulating and supporting therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
- Demonstrated ability to support teams in delivering clinically informed living and learning environments.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive initiative and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
- Confidence, engagement and effective training and leadership ability.
