The Witherslack Group is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to help children and young people in our homes. You’ll assist with mornings, homework, planning activities and daily paperwork, while creating lasting memories and positive routines.
We value a can-do attitude, empathy, and resilience. A full UK driving licence is required; Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred, with training support provided for non-holders.
