The Witherslack Group is seeking a Health and Safety Compliance Lead to influence health and safety across our educational and residential homes. You will act as a Competent Person, carry out audits and investigations, and provide training to ensure safe environments for our young people.
You will help develop and implement H&S policies, support ISO 45001 accreditation, and drive continuous improvement, travelling across UK sites with a strong emphasis on practical risk control and staff.
