Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our night support workers help young people regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults—an incredibly rewarding role. Key Responsibilities
- Take care of the home and young people through the night
- Support young people during severe trauma, feeling ill, upset, or unable to sleep
- Build rapport and become a trusted person for young people
- Perform tasks around the home such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry during quieter times
- Identify and support each young person's needs, personality, and potential, guiding them towards a positive future
