Competitive renumeration package circa Β£47,500 per annum. The Witchery, one of Scotland's most iconic dining destinations, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dedicated team. Set within a collection of historic buildings dating back to 1595, at the gates of Edinburgh Castle, The Witchery is renowned for its dramatic interiors, candlelit atmosphere, and legendary hospitality. With richly decorated dining rooms and nine theatrical suites, it has become one of the most celebrated restaurant-with-rooms in Scotland, attracting guests from all around the world.
Our Package Includes:
- The on-target earning potential for this role is Β£47,500 per annum - comprising a base salary of Β£28,840 plus a qualified estimate annual bonus of Β£7,410 (paid monthly) plus a substantial share of the staff gratuities of Β£11,250 per annum (paid weekly).
- 45 hours per week, working shift pattern 3 days on 3 days off.
- 28 days holiday, rising to 32 after 5 years' service.
