About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of Finance & Resources to provide strategic financial leadership and assurance across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead on financial management, reporting, budgeting, compliance and risk, while supporting informed decision‑making and the effective delivery of our services. This is a senior, trusted advisory role with real influence. This post is ideal for a qualified finance professional who wants to use their expertise to support a powerful social mission alongside professional excellence.
About You
You will be a CCAB-qualified accountant (or equivalent) with senior-level finance experience, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. You are confident working with trustees and non-financial colleagues, able to translate complex financial information into clear insight, and committed to strong governance and ethical practice. Most importantly, you share our vision of a world free from domestic abuse and demonstrate our values of Holistic, Educate, Respect and Empower (H.E.R.E) in how you work.
