The successful candidate will be working to support those economically inactive with multiple barriers to work within those with disabilities in primary care and will play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey into employment for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.

As a Mentor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, building a trusting relationship providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels. You will achieve this through online delivery of our digital, life skills learning programme which has been co-developed by the Wise Group and service users.

You will provide compassionate and resilient support to customers with physical and mental disabilities helping them navigate challenging circumstances. In this highly rewarding role, digital skills and relational mentoring will be a key focus, showcasing the benefits of remote learning in a customer’s journey toward progress and sustainable change. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. Since you will be supporting customers in accessing Connect, proficiency in Microsoft Teams and confident in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships efficiently in addition to being proficient in using Microsoft 365.
